Dear Iris, Brother Herman and Sister Ling Ling,

We have returned to Kuala Lumpur on Sunday 22 Oct 2017 night after our Korea trip arranged through ETN.

We would like to thank you for the well-arranged trip itinerary. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip for all of us. Overall, the hotels, meals, transport had been very satisfactory.

Mr Sam, our tour guide was very helpful and professional, including driving us tirelessly during the trip and taking good care of my Mom who walks slow. He told us that you had also requested for some meals at restaurants that you had specified to them, thumbs up for this.

We have only one comment: the lunch and dinner on the day for Nami Island tour were a bit unsatisfactory in terms of quantity (e.g. less chicken and plenty of cabbages) but we understood that the restaurants were in small town. We also heard about other Malaysian tourists (big group) complaining about this to their tour guide. This is not a complaint but just for you to take this into consideration when you plan for your future trip itinerary.

Overall, we would rate a 9 for the trip, thank you once again. Best regards.
